1. My flexibility

The czech lessons have a single purpose - to improve client's skills in spoken and written czech. The lessons aim at the client's needs and wishes! It's my job to find a succesfull way to reach your goals.

2. Your effort

Czech is very difficult language but also the most capable of the slavonic languages to reflect the substantiality of western thinking. It's a great pleasure to study czech but it's also hard work! You must know what you really want to accomplish and how much effort you can put into it.

Structure of the typical lesson

One single lesson = 45 min.

All presented times below are approximated!

Check of HOMEWORK(5 min.)

Free CONVERSATION (10 min.)

During this phase some problem occurs and this will open a grammar training

GRAMMAR (5 min.)

Written and spoken EXERCISES (15 min.)

CONVERSATION - grammar issues and new words(10 min.)

Assignment of HOMEWORK (1 min.)

Homework

We don't have to assign homeworks but this school practice is effective! So think about your options and let me know how much effort can you produce. Homework also serves as repetition of the last lesson.

Homework can be:

1) Grammar     (You can learn some grammar issues alone)

2) Written exercises    (Practice a grammar issue)

3) Vocabulary     (Important words for the next lesson)

You can find grammar and written exercises in the section TRAINING MATERIALS. A dictionary is necessary for your homework! Buy one or try to use some Internet dictionary (for example free dictionary on www.seznam.cz).

Conversation

Conversation is the most important part of a lesson. We'll practice monologue or dialogue on certain subjects like My work, Hobbies, Buying a train ticket, Shopping, In restaurant, Where do I live, Traveling etc. We will often use pictures for the conversation. The theme of our conversation can be changed according to your wishes and needs!

Grammar

I think the grammar drill is neccesary to fully understanding czech but I also imagine the difficulties for foreigners. For this reason we will not gramaticize too much. Grammar issues will be delivered in small pieces.

Exercises

You don't need any book, I ensure all materials. Exercises will be written or spoken according to your wishes.
